By using the Bhagg (bhagg.best) website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is in your best interest to read them in full before using the platform for the first time.
Bhagg operates under an international gaming license. Full license details are available on the platform's policy page. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and licensing requirements at all times.
These Terms & Conditions are also available in English. In the event of any conflict between the Bangla and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
Bhagg's services are available only to individuals aged 18 or above who reside in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by law. It is each user's responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local laws.
02Account Registration & Verification
Registration Requirements
To open an account on Bhagg, you must provide the following information accurately. Submitting incorrect details may result in your account being closed and your balance being forfeited at a later stage.
- Full legal name (as shown on your national ID)
- An active Bangladeshi mobile number
- Correct date of birth (required for 18+ verification)
- A valid active email address
One Account Policy
Only one Bhagg account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or someone else's — is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated account balances will be forfeited and the accounts will be permanently closed.
KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. This involves submitting a photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
Without completed KYC, you can still deposit and play, but withdrawals will not be available. We recommend completing verification immediately after registration.
Account Security
Keep your login credentials (password, OTP) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact Bhagg support immediately. Bhagg will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your login details with others.
03Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at bhagg is ৳100. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
- Payments from Third-Party Accounts Are Not Accepted
- Bhagg does not charge any additional fees on deposits — though your payment provider's own fees may still apply.
- Playing with borrowed money via credit card is strongly discouraged
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for your deposit — if you wish to use a new payment method, it will need to be verified separately. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
- Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold in the event of suspicious activity
- A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — see the wallet page for details
If a withdrawal is taking unusually long, please wait 24 hours first. If the issue remains unresolved after that, contact support with your transaction reference number.
04Bonus & Promotion Terms
Claiming a bhagg bonus means you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer. General bonus terms are listed below — for terms on individual bonuses, always check the latest promotions page.
Rollover (Wagering Requirement)
Rollover means you need to place a certain amount in bets before you can withdraw a bonus. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a x10 rollover requires a total of ৳5,000 in bets. Not all games contribute equally to rollover — some count at a lower percentage. Full details are included in each bonus's terms.
Bonus Validity Period
Every bonus has its own expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires. This has no effect on your main balance.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed twice (unless explicitly stated in the terms)
- Bonuses are only valid for the account they were issued to — they cannot be transferred
- Bhagg reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse
- Cashback bonuses generally carry no wagering requirement — though specific conditions may apply
In any dispute involving bonuses, bhagg's decision is final. That said, you're always welcome to raise a complaint through the proper channel.
05Betting Rules
A set of general rules applies across both the Sports Betting and casino sections of bhagg. These rules are in effect equally for all players.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bhagg reserves the right to cancel any bets accepted at those odds. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled bets.
- Bets placed late due to network issues during live betting may be voided
- If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded — subject to the relevant league rules
- Minimum bet ৳100; maximum bet limits vary by game and market
- If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is counted as odds of 1.00
Cash Out Policy
Cash out availability depends on the event type and market. The cash out amount is determined based on the current odds at the moment of the request. Due to network delays, the cash out value may change.
Odds Changes
If the odds change after your bet has been confirmed, your bet will stand at the original accepted odds. However, if the odds change before confirmation is complete, the updated odds will apply.
06Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhagg. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining multiple accounts under the same identity
- Bonus Abuse: Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage
- Fraud: Opening an account using false or inaccurate identity information
- Tainted Funds: Depositing funds from illegal sources
- Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games
- Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person
- Abuse: Harassing other players or support staff
Our system automatically detects suspicious activity. If anything unusual is flagged, bhagg reserves the right to review and verify your account at any time.
07Responsible Gaming
Bhagg believes gaming should be entertainment — not a source of stress or addiction. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming and give every member access to the following tools.

- Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
- Bet Limits: Set your own maximum stake per bet
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks
- Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily or permanently
- Reality Check: Option to receive reminders at set intervals

09Closing Your Account
Member-Initiated Closure
Any member can close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. To reopen a closed account, you will need to reach out to support for assistance.
Closed by Bhagg
Bhagg may close or temporarily suspend an account at any time under the following circumstances:
- If You Breach the Terms
- If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- By Legal Requirement
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed due to inactivity, the balance will be returned.
10Changes to Terms
Bhagg reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
